Fitness Is Key to Good Golf

Balance, stability, flexibilty and power are essential to mastering your golf game. That’s why our golf conditioning programs focus on strengthening the areas of your body specific to the sport, giving you power to drive the ball further and with more control and accuracy.

Because no two golfers are alike in size, shape, or skill level, we help our clients achieve a realistic level of fitness that helps them play golf better, longer, and with less effort, while preventing personal injury.

We Offer Two Dinstictly Different Fitness Programs
Our Individual Evaluation and Private Golf Fitness Training Program is designed to learn about your strengths and weaknesses, understand your goals, and develop a personalized golf fitness training program especially for you.

Our JumpStart Golf for Women is a refreshing mind-body group workout where you will learn efficient patterns of motion to develop proper technique and increase your consistency and power (similar to “muscle memory”). You’ll actually learn how to use your body to play better golf.

  • Learn a basic exercise progression suited to each individual
  • Learn initial movement from your “Power Center”
