This training is designed to improve your golf game by setting the stage for your own best performance. The focus is on the mental side of the game. The experiences will teach you how to be in charge of your own game on the golf course.
Day One – Introduction to the Mental Game of Golf – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The first day will focus on your state of mind, awareness, and routines. We will begin the day indoors introducing the concepts, have lunch, and spend the rest of the day at the golf course putting, chipping and playing golf.
Day Two – Ways to Optimize Your Performance on the Golf Course – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The second day will focus on strategies to manage distractions, pressure on the course, and ways to facilitate your performance. Same format as Day One.
